The Wrong Part Match Is Being Selected

When reps notice that an incorrect part has been selected, they should not submit the job to your ERP without correcting it first. They must update the part and select the correct one to teach the tool the proper match.
If incorrect parts are being submitted without changes, the tool will interpret this as the incorrect part being the correct match and continue to select it in the future.
Reps will need to consistently update the incorrect part to the correct one and submit it to the ERP about four times for the learning process to take effect.
