Can Entities (Records) Be Created or Updated In Canals?

Entities such as Branches, Contacts, Customers/Bill Tos, Products, and Shipping Locations/Ship Tos cannot be created or updated within Canals.
All information displayed in Canals is pulled directly from your ERP system. If the data does not exist in your ERP, it will not appear in Canals. To make it available in Canals, the data must first be created in your ERP and then synced to Canals.
