Trouble Viewing New Jobs In My Canals Inbox

If you're not seeing recently sent jobs in your Canals inbox, try the following steps:

  1. Refresh the Page
    Try refreshing your page or clicking the blue "Canals" logo at the top left corner of your screen to reload your inbox.

  2. Ensure that you are on Page 1 of your inbox. You will not see most recent jobs if you're on a subsequent page.

  3. Clear Filters
    Make sure all filters are cleared from the "Status" field in the filters section. If filters are applied, they may be limiting the jobs displayed.
