Trouble Viewing New Jobs In My Canals Inbox

If you're not seeing recently sent jobs in your Canals inbox, try the following steps:
Refresh the Page
Try refreshing your page or clicking the blue "Canals" logo at the top left corner of your screen to reload your inbox.Ensure that you are on Page 1 of your inbox. You will not see most recent jobs if you're on a subsequent page.
Clear Filters
Make sure all filters are cleared from the "Status" field in the filters section. If filters are applied, they may be limiting the jobs displayed.
