How to set up EDI with Eclipse

  1. Ask your VAN to set up Canals as a vendor. Our trading partner ISA is 12~650048638. They'll set up an FTP connection for us. Pass the credentials to the Canals team.

  2. In the Eclipse EDI trading partner profile, set up each vendor that you'll run through Canals using the multi account feature. This will likely be all vendors who don't already do EDI. Eclipse's import utility can help do this in bulk.

    The 810s we send have the Eclipse vendor shipID in the ref segment.
