Create A New User/Send New User Invite

Any Canals user can send a New User Invite to a colleague who needs to create a Canals user account, regardless of whether they have an "Admin" or "Member" role. However, only Admins have the ability to disable or re-enable a user.
To send a new user invite you will go to Settings > Users > Add the email address(es) to "Invite new users to Canals" > Send Invite.
Ensure that the email address you use to send the invite matches exactly with the user’s send-from email address and the email in their ERP record. This consistency is crucial for Canals to successfully link the user to their account.
If you are looking to disable or re-enable a Canals user, please reach out to your organizations Canals Administrators.
